We Can’t Wait to Meet You!

Our goal is to reach out to you within 24 hours to schedule a call or a tour. If your request for a tour or call was submitted over a weekend, we are probably working a wedding or an event, and you will not hear from us until Monday. Since we work most weekends, Our virtual business hours are 9 to 5 Monday through Friday.

In a few minutes you will receive an email from us acknowledging your request for a tour or call. Please check your spam or promotion folder if you don’t find this email in your inbox.

Just a few reminders and tips:

  • Please have a good understanding of your guest count and budget prior to your tour. Budget discussions are tough. We know that it is no fun (for you or for us) if you fall in love with our venue and the cost doesn’t work out with your budget. We would rather have that hard discussion now before you invest your time and emotions on a tour.

  • Please invite anyone to the tour who needs to see the venue in person before you feel comfortable signing a contract. Instead of a private second tour, we ask that couples and their families all tour together.

  • Almost everything that we discuss at a tour is actually on the website! You will be less overwhelmed during the tour if you (and your family coming to the tour) review FAQs, photos, pricing, and our contract.

  • If you have a smart phone, both Google maps & Apple maps can direct you to “The Jefferson Oxford”

  • Just a reminder that we do not hold dates without a signed contract and a 50% deposit. There is a chance that your preferred date will be booked prior to your tour. We will advise you of this prior to your tour if it does occur.

  • Please give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your tour.
