The guest house is well-suited for a football game weekend or housing family or friends during a wedding or event. The great room, covered porch, and patio are an ideal spot for a baby shower, bridal luncheon, or family gathering on a holiday. And if your bridesmaids prefer to lounge on wedding day morning, the house can be rented and used for hair & makeup.

While The Jefferson venue was under construction, the original landowner’s farmhouse was moved from the front of the property to a site across from the expanded lake. Beginning in 2023, the inside was completed gutted, walls moved, the ceiling vaulted, and the house transformed into a charming 4 bedroom / 4.5 bath guest house with a large gathering room, covered porch overlooking the lake and venue, and a patio with a firepit.

“We were blown away by the house and all of its accommodations. While Oxford has so much to offer, we found ourselves wanting to stay put at the house. Between outdoor space, the fire pit and large living room with 2 TVs, we were so delighted. It was obvious a lot of effort went into planning and caring for this house. From the decor to the amenities everything was well appointed. We had plenty of space to spread out and each room has its own bathroom, which makes getting ready a breeze. We had an incredible trip to Oxford, due mostly to our stay at the house. We look forward to returning soon.”

Available for 4 to 8 hour rentals for bridal showers and luncheons, baby reveal parties, family holiday dinners. Bedrooms are locked out during these rentals.
