Amanda Victory, Venue Manager
Amanda Victory is our venue manager and no stranger to The Jefferson. Prior to moving into the manager position, she worked with us for two years in other capacities. Her love for the Oxford community grew during her time at Ole Miss and the years she spent here after. Amanda has been coordinating and managing events as long as she can remember. She is actively involved in charitable organizations and loves to travel as often as possible. When asked about her role, Amanda said, “I have loved watching people have events at The Jefferson. I am honored to get to play a small part of their dream celebration.” When not managing events, Amanda loves spending time with her friends and her canine companion.
Kelly Bell, Assistant Manager
Kelly Bell brings a wealth of experience and a vibrant personality to her role as Venue Assistant Manager. Originally from California, Kelly joined the Air Force right after high school, where she spent four years coordinating events for the Base Commander—an assignment she cherished. After her husband Jeff’s retirement from the Air Force, Kelly and her family relocated to Oxford, where she has become an active and beloved volunteer in the community.
Outside of work, Kelly enjoys meeting new people, hiking, and savoring a good book with a cup of coffee. In her own words, “I look forward to helping create lasting memories and serving everyone who walks through our doors.”
Kate Milling, Team Leader
Kate Milling is a team leader working throughout the week to ensure that the venue is ready for our next event. This includes everything from bar setup to chasing behind the scenes venue details. Kate loves being in the hospitality business and has a long term career goal of becoming a wedding planner and coordinator. She has a passion for serving others and making sure every detail is perfect for your big day! She said, “It truly brings me such joy to be able to serve others on one of the best days of their lives!” Kate is from Texas where she graduated from Texas A&M (WHOOP!) and met her husband. Outside of work Kate and Hayden are actively involved with their church Pinelake, love hanging out with their sweet chocolate lab pup, and playing some serious games of pickle ball.
Anna Kathryn "AK" Sharp, Team Leader
Anna Kathryn Sharp is a recent graduate of The University of Mississippi with a Bachelors of exercise science and is currently in graduate school at Ole Miss. Her dedication for serving others and ensuring perfection in every detail for your big day is truly her passion. She is honored to play a part in making your dream celebration absolutely perfect. On event days you may find her setting up the bar, serving behind the bar, giving a tour of our venue, and assisting in event preparations. AK has described her role at the Jefferson as “one of the most fulfilling experiences, to be a part of so many events that we hope are memories to last a lifetime.” Outside the venue, AK is a lover of travel and all things outdoors, especially with her family and their dogs Swayze and Bruin. On a Saturday in the fall, you can find her locking the Vaught and in spring, right above the first baseline at Swayze Field.

Elizabeth Heiskell, Elizabeth Heiskell Catering is in residence at The Jefferson

When Elizabeth isn't picking tomatoes or cooking up a storm at the Jefferson, she is also the Today Show Food contributor, Guest judge on Chopped, and peddling her very own Debutante Farmer Bloody Mary Mix. Elizabeth’s most recent cookbooks are “The Southern Living Party Cookbook: A Modern Guide to Gathering” & “What Can I Bring? Southern Food for Any Occasion Life Serves Up,”
