Meet Chef John Mabry
Chef John Mabry, founder and principal owner of Vicari, brings more than 40 years of culinary and event expertise to The Jefferson. Throughout his career, John has orchestrated weddings, corporate functions, social gatherings, and celebrations of every size and style.
His remarkable experience ranges from preparing elegant dinners at the Palace of Versailles to producing large-scale product launches aboard the USS Intrepid aircraft carrier. No matter the event, John’s passion is creating one-of-a-kind experiences tailored to each client.
